Our commitment

We want this website to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification or other assistive technology.

We’re committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We’re building the site to the newer WCAG 2.2, Level AA.

What we’ve done

  • Keyboard navigation. You can move through pages, menus and forms using a keyboard alone.
  • Color contrast. Text and controls stand out clearly from their background.
  • Text alternatives. Meaningful images have text descriptions that screen readers can read aloud.
  • Captions. If we publish video with speech, it will have captions.
  • Labeled forms. Every form field has a label that screen readers announce.

Known limitations

We don’t know of any accessibility problems on the site right now. If we find one we can’t fix straight away, we’ll list it here, along with another way to get the same information or service.

Ask for help or report a problem

If any part of this website is hard for you to use, please tell us. We want to know, and we’ll help you get what you need.

  • Phone: (281) 984-4550
  • TTY: dial 711 to reach us through a relay service
  • Email: contact@v-carehealth.com
  • Mail: V-Care Family Practice & Urgent Care, 18311 Clay Rd, Ste A7, Houston, TX 77084

It helps if you tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using. If it works for you, you can also use our feedback form.

Other ways to get any form

You don’t have to use the website to give us information. For any form on this site:

  • Call us at (281) 984-4550, and we’ll help you find another way to complete it.
  • Ask at our front desk for a paper copy, or for help filling it in.

If you need information in another format, such as large print, just ask. Our nondiscrimination notice describes the free aids and language services we offer.

When you’ll hear back

We read every accessibility report and will get back to you as soon as we can during office hours. If the problem is stopping you from booking or getting ready for a visit, tell us, and we’ll do our best to help before your appointment.
