Website terms of use

The ground rules for using our website, including what it can and can’t do for you.

Last updated October 8, 2026

The clinic interior

Welcome to the website of V-Care Family Practice & Urgent Care (“V-Care,” “we,” “our” or “us”). By using this website, its forms and scheduling tools, or by contacting us electronically, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What this website is for

This website gives general information about our clinic, our services and our office policies. It isn’t meant to provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Not medical advice

Everything on this site, including our health library, is for general education and information only. It isn’t medical advice, and it can’t take the place of a visit with a licensed clinician who knows your health history.

Make medical decisions with a licensed clinician. Don’t ignore medical advice or delay getting care because of something you read here.

Using the site doesn’t make you a patient

Reading this website, submitting a form or sending us a message doesn’t, by itself, create a doctor-patient relationship.

Appointment requests

An online appointment request isn’t a booking. Your appointment is set only when our staff confirm it with you. We may contact you to offer another time or to check details you gave us.

Using our forms

Please give accurate, complete information so we can help you, and share only the health information a form asks for.

Don’t use any form or email for urgent needs, emergencies or time-sensitive questions about symptoms. Call us during office hours instead, or call 911 in an emergency.

How we handle what you send is explained in our website privacy policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Patient responsibilities

If you’re a patient, you’re responsible for:

  • Giving us accurate personal and insurance information
  • Arriving on time for your appointments
  • Following your provider’s treatment plan
  • Following our clinic policies

Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee that every page is free of errors. We may change our services, office hours or website content at any time without notice. If something matters to your visit, call us to check it.

Our site may link to websites run by others. We’re not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link doesn’t mean we endorse a site.

Limitation of liability

We provide this website “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty about its availability, accuracy or reliability. To the extent the law allows, V-Care is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

This section is about the website only. It doesn’t limit any rights you have as a patient.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be on this page, with a new “last updated” date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
