  • Manage appointments, including checking the date and time of your next visit
  • Complete forms before your visit, so check-in is quicker

We'll share your access details at your visit. If you haven't received them, ask at the front desk or call us at (281) 984-4550.

Keep your password to yourself, and sign out when you use a shared or public computer.

Without the portal

You can still do the most common tasks on this site: request your records, ask for a prescription refill, update your insurance or request an appointment. Or call us, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
